FREE Shipping on orders over $50 to US addresses (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

The method for FREE shipping is determined by PureCaps USA. We are unable to guarantee delivery times - but they generally range from 2-7 days. If you have questions about free shipping methods, please contact us at support@capsulesupplies.com. If you require expedited delivery, please select the appropriate option at check out.

PO BOXES:  The method of Free shipping provided is at our discretion can be either FedEx, UPS or USPS. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with an alternate physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If the package must go USPS, customer may select a shipping method at checkout, however additional shipping charges may apply.

While we can ship to almost any address in the world, certain products and destinations have different requirements and restrictions. We are not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or delays caused by the mail carrier or customs holds. International customers are expected to understand that delays may occur as a result of customs holds and/or any challenges associated with worldwide shipping.
