Note about PO Boxes: The method of Free shipping provided is at our discretion can be either FedEx, UPS or USPS. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with an alternate physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If the package must go USPS, customer may select a shipping method at checkout, however additional shipping charges may apply.
- FREE Shipping in the contiguous US
Free shipping can range from USPS 1st Class 2-7 days (not guaranteed) to USPS Priority to FedEx or any shipping method determined by Capsule Supplies. If customer has questions about free shipping method, please contact us, otherwise free shipping method / carrier is completely at the discretion of Capsule Supplies. If customer needs guaranteed Expedited or Guaranteed delivery, it is Customer's responsibility to choose that option at check out. Free shipping does not guarantee Expedited or guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping is free on all orders to anywhere in the contiguous United States. This excludes the Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands.)

While we can ship to almost any address in the world, however, certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to restrictions on these products, or closures of shipping facilities due to COVID. We are not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or delays caused by the mail carrier or customs holds. International customers are expected to understand that delays may occur as a result of customs holds and/or any challenges associated with world wide shipping.

- Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received incorrect product, etc.) we will cover the return shipping costs. Items claimed to be "defective or damaged" must be reported to us within 72 hours, or we will assume they were damaged in your care by improper storage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for errors and buyer's remorse. Capsule filler machines are not returnable unless found damaged upon arrival. WE MUST BE INFORMED OF THIS DAMAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
We reserve the right to withhold our shipping costs to buyer/ recipient on larger orders if return is buyer's remorse.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within days after we have received the return.
- International Returns
We welcome international returns. The final refunded amount is limited the the amount of the product minus the cost we paid for shipping to you. In addition, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or delays caused by the mail carrier or customs holds. International customers are expected to understand that delays may occur as a result of customs holds and/or any challenges associated with world wide shipping. These delays are not considered valid reasons for product returns. Damaged product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Because of the nature of capsules and their need for climate control, if we are notified after 48 hours we will assume the product was damaged in your care in improper storage conditions.
